Energy is all that cause work, We find energy different forms . When you eat, the body breaks down the food giving you energy, Another example is when you receives energy from the sun by radiation. Potencial energy is the energy stored in an object example:water at the top of the waterfall. Energy cannot be created or destoyed but it can be transformed. Electrical energy is the energy stored in charge particles within the electric field example: a microphone. Gravitational energy is the motion caused by gravity example: when you jumped up that forces you to come back down.
